Stretch and Flex through the practice of Kundalini! Kundalini Yoga is the ancient art of practicing awareness Through mindfulness and breathwork, participants will learn how to calm the mind and find inner peace through a variety of yoga practices. With the support and stability of being seated in a chair, participants will build their physical strength, flexibility and balance. Participants will also experience how to utilize yoga props or household items for a gentle practice of exploring restful stretches, deep relaxation and meditation. Hosted by The Tree Yoga Cooperative, they emphasize yoga as an accessible, effective tool that allows for living in Joy, Liberation and in Community. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, yoga strap, blocks, towel, and water bottle.
