Stretch and Flex through the practice of Kundalini! Kundalini Yoga is the ancient art of practicing awareness and awakening in order to promote healing throughout all facets- your soul, spirit, immune system, and nervous system. Led by seasoned yoga practitioner Francesca Aster, this series of classes will involve gentle stretching, yoga techniques, and meditation, while emphasizing proper breathing techniques to help invigorate the body. We encourage you to bring your own water, yoga mats, blocks, and towels.
