GenSpace Bids a Farewell to the USC OT Interns

September 26, 2022
GenSpace says a fond farewell to our USC Summer OT interns. Watch this fun recap video of what they did throughout their time here at GenSpace!

This spring, GenSpace partnered with the USC Chan Division of Occupational Therapy and welcomed six OT interns for a 12-week placement that fulfilled their Level I or Level II fieldwork requirement. The interns were instrumental in member engagement program development and implementation, member recruitment, and tours of the space.

Here is a recap video of what the interns did throughout their time at GenSpace:

“To our wonderful OT interns: THANK YOU for the many ways you participated in GenSpace activities! I hope that your increased knowledge and experience after 12 weeks of fieldwork at a community space dedicated to older adults contributes to your ever growing clinical and interpersonal skills. Without any doubt, the GenSpace staff, instructors, and members will miss having you! Please know we will always be cheering for you wherever your careers take you next. Take good care.”
