A class designed to improve stability and mobility through targeted movement training to enhance overall balance and coordination. (SEATED)
(12:10pm-1pm) Resistance Bands w/ Julissa MW
This class uses resistance bands to enhance strength and agility with seated or standing exercises that provide effective, elastic resistance. (SEATED)
(1:10pm-2pm) Latin Dance w/ Julissa MW
This class features easy-to-follow Latin American dances like Salsa, Tango, and Merengue, offering a fun, energetic workout to lively Latin beats.

This thoughtful series invites older adults to explore how emerging technologies like AI affect our emotions, relationships, and daily lives. Through conversation, reflection, and gentle interaction, you’ll consider how to approach AI with curiosity, compassion, and intention. Together, we’ll examine the psychological and ethical questions surrounding new technologies, and imagine how they can align with our values, creativity, and sense of connection.
