Seated Strength and Mobility

Get ready to feel your muscles burn in this full body Chair Strength and Mobility workout! This class will focus on interval training to highlight foundational, full body weightlifting techniques and mobility work to increase blood flow, bone density, and elevate your mood. There will be options to stand during class, but you may always choose to remain seated for the duration. Get ready to groove to some of the greatest musical hits with a different playlist each week to encourage a connection to music and your peers in class!
